Leading Engineering Firm Adds Talent to Its Business Development & Marketing Team

The hire is a critical part of RGD’s comprehensive plan to expand its Orlando office operations, a move that follows the company’s June announcement of the expansion and relocation of their Orlando office.

RGD Consulting Engineers (RGD) is pleased to announce the addition of Judge Roach to RGD’s Business Development and Marketing Team. As Business Development Manager, Judge is responsible for identifying key strategic partnerships and solidifying new relationships in Northern and Central Florida. The hire is a critical part of RGD’s comprehensive plan to expand its Orlando office operations, a move that follows the company’s June announcement of the expansion and relocation of their Orlando office.

Judge Roach brings over seven years of leading business development initiatives in the A&E industry. His knowledge across a diverse range of markets makes Judge a great asset to the RGD team. His background includes business development in the commercial, government and education sectors for a wide variety of clients. Judge’s existing relationships with the local community, architects, contractors and owners throughout Florida and different regions across the U.S. speaks to his success to date.

Born and raised in Orlando, Judge eventually moved to Kentucky to attend Eastern Kentucky University where he obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After returning to Orlando, Judge continued his education with acquiring an MBA from University of Phoenix’s Central Florida Campus. He enjoys playing golf and beach volleyball in his spare time.
