Design for the new construction of a 90-unit town home community with a clubhouse.
This development has the “planned mobility” designation, allowing for more residential and retail within commercial areas so residents can live, work, and play with ease. The APOK Town-homes will feature 12, three–story buildings, a clubhouse, and a pool. The design was inspired by the predominantly modern [former] business park, the Arvida Park of Commerce. All 12 buildings will provide residents with personal driveways and garages.
