GD is providing full MEP and Fire Protection engineering for Brickell Gateway, a 61-story landmark tower in Miami’s Brickell district.
Our scope includes designing high-capacity HVAC, power distribution, lighting, plumbing, and life safety systems to support 504 apartments, ground-floor retail, and a large parking garage.
Systems are engineered for code compliance (Florida Building Code, NFPA), energy efficiency, and resilience in a dense urban environment. Rooftop amenities, covered terraces, and vibrant retail zones were key coordination focuses to deliver function, comfort, and architectural integration.
