HVAC design involved a Mitsubishi Variable Refrigerant Flow system with integrated digital controls and energy management system. Ventilation air was accomplished utilizing 100% outside air unit and an energy recovery ventilator. The building also used a roof top cistern design to collect grey water for sanitary use. Photovoltaic panels were placed on the roof which was done by a specialty consultant.
