RGD Consulting Engineers was the MEP Engineer for the renovation and expansion of the Gasparilla Inn and Beach Club located in Boca Grande, FL.
The North Parcel Project included design for new two, three and four-bed-room cottages. Scope also included the relocation of the existing Tennis Pro Shop, a New Yoga and Fitness Center, a 6,000SF conditioned Inn Adventures Building for golf cart storage, maintenance and officec, in addition to a pool cabana housing an event room and private restrooms.
The South Parcel Project included the renovation of the existing Beach Club Dining Room, renovation of the existing Gulf Room and the remodel of the existing Fitness/Yoga Studio.
RGD also assisted with required site work for the site gates, site lighting, MEP systems, FPL coordination, north parcel pool equipment for new pool, chickee hut on the south parcel and relocation of tennis courts.
