The project’s construction budget is estimated at $27.3M Services provided include structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering.
The hotel is expected to be completed by fall of 2019 and be a four-story hotel featuring 148 guest rooms, 2,000 square feet of meeting space and an elevated rooftop pool and deck.
