RGD is the MEP and Structural engineer on this project. The scope includes renovation to their existing Stacy Auditorium and Guardabassi Fine Arts Building to provide an upgraded experience for the students and faculty.
This includes:
- Bringing the building up to code.
- Revision of seating layout to optimize an efficient aisle and seating capacity
- Make mezzanine ADA accessible Renovation of the first and second floors of the Fine Arts Building and Classrooms Celebrated entry/lobby
- Addition of covered walkway canopies
- Central plaza
