RGD provided full MEP engineering for the Aura Cypress Creek project, a luxury mixed-use community adjacent to a Westin Hotel.
Our team designed systems for residential comfort, retail energy efficiency, and high-amenity climate control. Work included mechanical systems to accommodate coastal climate, electrical infrastructure for modern living and shared parking, plumbing systems aligned with lifestyle amenities, and fire protection provisions to meet NFPA and Florida code.
The design supports walkability, live-work environments, and high-quality mixed-use integration.
