RGD provided full MEP engineering for a 19-story, 340,732 GSF mixed-use development designed by Corwil Architects.
The tower features 180 multifamily residences, a 130-room boutique hotel, and 2,200 SF of retail space, all supported by a six-level parking garage with 226 spaces. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck with a 70’ x 20’ pool, sculptural shade trees, a pavilion food and beverage area, and curated outdoor seating with panoramic views of downtown West Palm Beach and the Brightline station.
RGD engineered mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to residential comfort, hotel operations, and mixed-use efficiency, ensuring code compliance, energy performance, and seamless system integration across all functions. The project’s $65M budget reflects its scale as a transformative addition to the city’s transit-oriented district.
