The Project involves the new construction of a 2-story 35,758 SF (28,486 AC) sports building for the Hideaway Beach Association in Marco Island, Florida. The first level is comprised of an outdoor covered terrace seating area, café, lobby, men’s and women’s restroom, hitting bays, bag room, office and storage, pro shop with storage and cart park. The second level is comprised of a gym, with multiple exercise spaces along with a men’s and women’s locker room/space area.
The new facility will offer 4,140 sq. ft. of fitness space complete with a men’s & women’s steam room, four group exercise rooms totaling 3,550 sq.
ft., and 2 physical therapy rooms. With the potential for future expansion, this remarkable building is designed to exceed expectations.
RGD will provide the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering documents. The project shall be designed in REVIT, LOD 200 and BIM Forum 2020 specifications.
