RGD provided full MEP and fire protection engineering, along with LEED commissioning, for the ambitious renovation and expansion of JM Family’s 150-million-dollar campus. Systems include modernized HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, control systems, and renewable energy infrastructure. We designed plumbing systems and domestic hot water with efficiency in mind.
The project supports new conference/training facilities, sports complex, and upgraded employee amenities. Throughout, RGD ensured code compliance, sustainability, and enhanced working environments for associate well-being.
