Design-Build project for the City of Jupiter. RGD was the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering sub-consultant for this project.
There was one air conditioned 4,500 SF building consisting of a concession stand, men and women’s bathrooms, meeting room, storage and an office.
RGD’s team provided design of the MEP systems for the building including the lightening protection plan, fiber optic cable from phase I to data rack and surveillance equipment.
Structurally, RGD’s team designed the building’s foundation and primary building system.
