Project involves the new construction of Mill Creek Residential’s residential development located at 2681 NE 191st Street in Aventura, Florida. The project includes four separate towers surrounding two seven-story parking garages. The development will be designed in one phase and constructed in two phases. Design includes two sets of prototypical buildings (outside of changes to the ground level program).
Phase I
Phase I includes a 15-story L-shaped multi-family building with 416 units (5-unit types) and 14,070SF of ground level retail space to be designed as shell in addition to a second L shaped tower with 424 units (5-unit types) and 4,770SF of ground level retail space to be design as shell.
Phase I also includes one of the two parking garages, totaling 567 parking spaces and includes 7,000SF of rooftop amenity space and pool.
Phase II
This phase includes design for the prototypes of the two L shaped towers designed for Phase I. This phase also includes design for the second of two parking garages, totaling 568 parking spaces and includes 7,000SF of rooftop amenities and a pool.
