Lake Park, a quiet Florida town of almost 10,000 people, has the same brilliant sunshine as its neighbors in Palm Beach County and an alluring stretch of waterfront along the Intra coastal Waterway. But it hasn’t been until now that the city is getting the attention it deserves. The town is undergoing a massive revitalization of 80 acres near the waterfront. The goal of creating a walkable, connected community will provide the city with a more diverse tax base to better serve its residents.

The project is a mixed-use development nestled alongside a waterside oasis. RGD is currently working on the MEP engineering design of two 15-floor towers above a 4-level garage and pool deck. The project also includes 323 residences, 2 – 7,275 SF Restaurants and a 13,000SF retail/office space.
