Design for a new 9,000 SF, 2-story, 200 seat restaurant, and 3-story, 15,000 SF private hotel and parking garage for the Quail Valley Club in Vero Beach, Florida.
The facility, which is open to club members and their guests only, features a lounge space, a private room for wedding and events, a dock and a boardwalk. One of the most striking features is the octagonal restaurant that is comprised of 2,000 SF of air-conditioned space with another 3,000 SF of covered veranda outdoor dining.
RGD designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering systems for the project. The hotel opened the summer of 2016.
