The project is located at 385 Douglas Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL. Rasmussen wishes to relocate its current office facility as well as build out a new campus within the same building. The scope of the project will require full and comprehensive design services, for the purposes of building out a higher education tenant interior build out.
The project will be delivered in two phases; the first phase will be approximately 6,146 sqft. of commercial office space, and will include private offices, open office space, break rooms, workroom and conference room. The second phase will be an approximately 15,134 sqft. higher education campus and will include classrooms, computer labs, nursing labs, life science labs, administration offices, student lounge and conference rooms.
