RGD transformed a former KMart into a modern K–8 charter school, delivering advanced MEP and structural systems tailored for educational use. Our team integrated individually controlled HVAC, fire alarm, lighting, plumbing, and communications infrastructure, conducted code reviews, and performed NFPA and Florida Building Code-compliant power system studies.
Completed on time and within budget, the project showcases innovative adaptive reuse and a high-performance learning environment.
