RGD performed comprehensive SMEP engineering for the modernization of Washington Elementary, including a new 50,000 SF single-story classroom building and renovation of 16,300 SF of media and administrative spaces. Designed HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage systems. We integrated new site utilities, parking, and lighting; coordinated covered sidewalks and play fields; and served district needs while ensuring code compliance and safe learning environments. Completed in Summer 2021 for the School District of Palm Beach County.
