Structural
Structural engineers are a key part of the design process at RGD that offers the benefit as a single project consultant for major project elements. This allows a seamless coordination with the MEP process and construction of structures. While architects are concerned with the overall shape and appearance, structural engineers focus on the building’s structural frame system and foundation per loading (gravity & lateral) requirement of the building code. The structural engineer must consider all possible factors from climate and weather to function and use in order to design safe and durable structures.
