RGD provided full MEP and fire protection engineering, designed in Revit, for EMPIRE Brickell, a 26-story, 243-unit multi-family residential building in downtown Miami. The project includes a six-story open-air parking garage, a rooftop pool deck, and amenity spaces on the 7th level.
