The project involves design for a mixed-use development located in Coral Springs, Florida. The project consists of an 8-story limited service hotel with 138 rooms and a pool deck on 8th floor. The building is approximately 85,100 GSF and is adjacent to a garage and residential building already in for permit.
Low voltage design for this project includes access control, security, camera systems, elevator control security, wireless hotel security door locks, conduits and infrastructure, data, wireless, MDF and IDF layouts. A/V scope is limited to the common area and includes TV, PA system for announcements and background music only.
