RGD provided full MEP and fire protection engineering for the transformative renovation of the Stacy Auditorium and Guardabassi Fine Arts Building. The project modernized critical performance and academic spaces while enhancing accessibility through ADA-compliant mezzanines, optimized seating layouts, and a welcoming new entry and lobby. In addition, RGD designed campus-wide MEP improvements for covered walkway canopies and a central plaza, creating safe, functional, and visually appealing gathering spaces for students and faculty.

Executed as a $12 million phased project on an active campus, the work required close coordination with school leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to minimize disruption while delivering long-term operational efficiency and performance.
