RGD provided structural engineering services for The Residence Club at Ocean Reef, a luxury condominium community within the exclusive Ocean Reef Club.
The development comprises three four-story buildings featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, complemented by covered parking and climate-controlled storage. Central to the community is an 18,000 SF private Concierge Clubhouse offering amenities such as a gym, spa, bar, card room, and café.
The project’s design emphasizes Florida Keys architecture, incorporating cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned decks and a stucco finish, all supported by pile foundations to ensure stability in the coastal environment.
